Beer description
Smoked IPA, refined with French oak chips. It has a deep golden color, a creamy, fine, compact and persistent foam. The intense aroma, but never excessive, suggests hops reminiscent of white fruits, melon and pineapple. In the mouth, the sweetness of the malt immediately leaves room for a tannic and earthy taste with spicy tobacco and smoked notes. The bitter finish is quite persistent. The term "Gamba de legn" in Lombard "Gamba di legno" was used in Milan between the end of the 19th century and the mid-20th century to refer to steam locomotives.
