Beer description
After one full year of fermentation on wooden barrels, this Lambic matures further on wooden barrels for another 2 years. The majority of this Lambic is used for the production of Oude Geuze and Oude Kriek, that require by the EU protection Lambic that aged 3 years on wooden barrels. But sometimes, part of this Lambic is packaged separately to give our customers better insight into wooden barrel aging of Lambic
