Laitila's Mississippi Steam IPA 5.0% is an American-style, heavily hoped and citrus-fresh and full-bodied surface yeast beer. Mississippi Steam IPA has been used on the type of beer with surface yeast, but at an exceptionally low temperature. In this case, less fruity esters due to yeast are formed in the beer, which emphasizes the flavors and aromas of malt and hops.
