Beer description

Laitilan Kölssi is the Finnish equivalent of German Kölsch beer produced in the Cologne Metropolitan Area. Kölssi is a Kölsch-type whole malt cell with the fruitiness of surface yeast fermentation, the freshness of a clear and clean malt base and the aroma and bitterness of a medium-aged beer. Kölssi is well suited to be enjoyed with fish and meat dishes, grilled dishes and game dishes, as well as a sauna beer and social drink. Domestic Pilsner and wheat malts as well as German Magnum and Perle hop varieties have been used to make the beer.
