Beer description

The new Party Export replaced the previous Fest Export in April 2024. It was created in a regional cooperation with our partner, the Verein Braukultur Duzenowe e.V. from Dausenau on the Lahn River. The recipe for the Party Export follows a recipe from the association. We at Lahnsteiner Brewery are very pleased that there has been another cooperation in the region and for the region. Because that is exactly what we want to support and bring to life. Do you also have a regional concept where we can help? Then get in touch! With the Fest Export, we followed the tradition of light, filtered, slightly stronger beers. This is known as Dortmund Export in the Ruhr region and Export or Festbier in the south of our republic. But every tradition is based on a previous tradition. The festival beers in 1810, when the Munich Oktoberfest was created as THE festival par excellence, were different from today. They were naturally cloudy, amber-colored, and more malt-forward in flavor. Many people today wish for exactly that again. Make way for the new Party Export - whose name and label admittedly appear more modern than traditional. But that's what happens when you let our progressive communication designer Andreas Breiden loose. The Party Export matures cold and leisurely over weeks. Accordingly, the turbidity is very fine and uniform. Like the veil of the mystical that is inherent in every beer, it settles into the cozy, light amber color. A subtle, almost snow-white foam crown floats on top. The aroma proves: This beer was made from malts that are clearly identifiable. Sweet and grainy, but also a bit caramelly and with subtle bread and roasted notes, it comes through both in the nose and on the palate. The drink begins with a pleasant, gentle tingling and ends with a pleasant, perfectly balanced hop bitterness that masterfully complements the elegant malt body. A beer that masters the balancing act between exciting aromatics and high drinking pleasure like few others! Let the party begin!
