The way it is brewed, Lahnsteiner Zwubbie is an unfiltered, naturally cloudy pilsner and thus follows the desire for fresh, natural beverages and food. Due to the lack of filtration, many living yeast cells, proteins, tannins and minerals remain in the beer.
