Sancho's donkey wanted to turn all the barley he could find on his way into beer. Our beer is created in honor of this wish. Cerveza Burro de Sancho was born with the idea of producing a product that maintains the essence of the first beers brewed in the traditional way, achieves an authentic Castilian taste and aroma, is made from 100% barley malt and also uses raw materials from our Castilian country . Tasting Notes: Black and very light, craft beer, porter style, with chocolate and coffee taste and aroma, with a slight floral bitterness. Ideal for combination with special game meat, legumes, stews or casseroles.
