La Petrognola 100% Farro

This beer is only brewed from harbor malt. The dish is reminiscent of cereals, citrus fruits, fresh chamomile and baked bread. In the mouth it tastes like cereals, citrus, and is slightly spicy (because of the port). Suitable with fish antipasti, poultry or oriental cousins.
