Beer description
For this new Double IPA, we used American Chinook hops, known for their resinous notes reminiscent of pine sap or grapefruit peel. We combined it with Citra and Idaho 7 to reinforce the citrus/grapefruit aspect and add a touch of exotic fruit.
Of course, we've kept the signature DIPA Fauve: 2 dry hops (DDH), a cloudy, juicy beer with lots of oats and low-flocculent yeast, for a lovely velvety texture. But this time, we've added an extra hop twist, with a kick of bitterness that makes it last longer on the palate!
