Fauve - La Course de la Reine Rouge

We're back with another fruit Sour! This time, for the first time, we've brewed a Berliner Weisse with red fruit AND vanilla. So it's NOT a pastry, because we haven't added lactose. It's not sweet, it's dry and refreshing, but we've still added a touch of vanilla! For once, we tested this beer at the brewpub in Paris in 100% draught, and since you loved it, it's back again! And this time in cans too. So welcome back to "La Course de la Reine Rouge"! On the nose: no surprise, you'll smell strawberry, raspberry and vanilla! On the palate: no surprise either, it still smells of strawberry, raspberry and vanilla! But we've also added a touch of lime juice, and to be honest, it's a real kick on the finish! In short, it's super fruity, low in alcohol (4.5%) and lactose-free, so not very sweet, which makes it an ultra-fresh, pleasant beer that's very drinkable! Cheeeeeers
