So, the quick start guide is pretty short. Guava and apples. Drink. The long guide is more detailed. The crew decided to create a tropical hard cider. Mostly because the winter was horrific and spring really hasn’t hit yet, so they wanted to move things along. They chose guava because of the island vibes and they could just imagine themselves out of the cidery and chillin on a beach. Mission accomplished. All the wonderful flavs of the tropics and just enough sweetness to make you believe you’re sitting in your favorite sand chair [feel free to substitute lounger, recliner, couch, high boy [or girl], sports chair or even a good old log.... eyes closed, listening to the gentle waves kiss the white pristine sand. As you bury your toes and put on some #100 coconut suntan lotion, you’ll think, it really doesn’t get better than this. Drink.
