Golden, naturally cloudy Zwickelbier - brewed with brewmaster Roland Kundmüller's favorite hops, Franconian Spalter Select and Perle, as well as Pilsner malt and Carahell from the region. The fine bottom-fermenting yeast notes are already apparent on the nose and continue on the palate. This is joined by hops and malt in beautiful harmony. The Zwickerla Hell finishes with gentle carbonation and little bitterness.
