Beer description
Laitila's Kukko NEIPA is an unfiltered, highly aromatic surface yeast beer. In addition to barley malts, wheat malt and oats have been used in its production, so the beer is cloudy in accordance with the style and has a soft mouthfeel. Hopping has focused on aromas, with bitters remaining moderate. Fruity and tropical hops are clearly highlighted in the beer, which are further emphasized by abundant manual dry hopping.
Food recommendations: cheeses and heavily spiced Asian or Mexican dishes, and desserts like cheesecake and fruit pies.
