Kuehn Kunz Rosen - Beerensache Edition 2021 Brombeere

The Berensache Edition 2021 is a fruit beer fermented with Norwegian Kveik yeast. The beer combines liveliness, fine acidity and a dry finish to an extraordinary taste experience. The fruit aromas of the blackberries provide summer refreshment. The berry thing is handcrafted. Only natural ingredients are used, some of which (wheat flakes, blackberries) exceed the limits of the German purity law. The berry thing is unfiltered and unpasteurized. A slight sedimentation in the bottle is normal.
