Light bock beer with apple juice - Graf/Graff matured in a Calvados barrel MOMENT Apples from the Rheinhessen region, hand in hand with the art of brewing in Mainz In cooperation with Obsthof am Schlehbaum from Sulzheim in Rheinhessen, we fermented a light bock beer with apple juice from the Pinova variety and then for several months aged in Calvados casks.
