Kopparberg mixes berries with its traditional cider to create the exotic and refreshing Kopparberg Mixed Berrys. Best served over icebergs. Hard Seltzer are flavored soft drinks containing alcohol. "Seltzer" is the American name for carbonated water, the addition of "hard" indicates that these products contain alcohol. In contrast to the sweet mixed drinks made from spirits and lemonade, Hard Seltzer is usually based on fermented sugar syrup, which is sprayed with aromas and soda water to approx. 5 percent alcohol by volume. Due to the high degree of fermentation, these products have hardly any residual sugar and are characterized by a slim body.
