Light gusher, but nothing dramatic. Very thick and pillowy, egg-white, thickly cobweb-lacing, stable head on an initially clear peach blonde beer, turning misty and more orangey with sediment. Aroma of bog-myrtle, soggy bread, soapy coriander, bell peppers, yarrow, sugared bread, cooked apple, honey and something sulfuric (yeast autolysis, I assume). Sweetish onset with a slight sourish edge, lively carbonated; fruity aspects of apple, banana and pineapple but well-contained, over a soft bready and very lightly caramelly malt ‘bed’ acquiring increasing spiciness towards the finish, reminiscent of bog-myrtle, yarrow and of course the eternal coriander seed.
Bernsteinfarben, naturtrüb, fette cremige Blume, erstmal gut alkoholisch, dann kommen malzige Noten, Bisquit, fruchtige Aromen, erstaunlich süffig, sehr lecker.
