The history of this beer is intertwined with the history of the brewery. St. Paul's beer was brewed as early as 1908 and was very popular during the First Republic. One hundred years later, in 2010, the original recipe was discovered in the Liberec museum, from which the current one was based. The beer is being brewed again and is gaining popularity among laymen and experts alike.
