KOLABORACIJA rides again! The third collaboration of Nova Runda Brewery,Zmajska pivovara and Varionica craft brewery was brewed here In Varionica brewery in Pisarovina. The plan was to make a very aromatic beer that is drinkable considering the heat that is putting pressure on the region this summer. After an demanding meeting, the selection fell on micro NEIPA. So, we brewed New England IPA with intense citrus aromas of hops, richly dry hopped, rounded taste, but micro – only 2.7% alcohol! Riwaka, Cryo Citra and Cryo Mosaic are responsible for the rich citrus aroma of this beer and for only 15 IBU.
