Knärzje - Pils

Knärzje is Germany's first zero-waste beer in this form that is brewed with discarded bread. Hence the name "Knärzje", because this is Hessian / Palatinate dialect and means the end of bread. For us, the Knärzje also symbolizes food waste, because an unbelievable two million tons of baked goods end up in the garbage every year in Germany, although they are still perfect We save a slice of it in each of our bottles of beer!
