Beer description
Shiny cloudy yellow with a white head. Yeasty, very phenolic spicy aroma, with clove, some bread, and a bit of banana. Flavor is a bit sweetish, a bit of tart, with yeast, wheat, some phenolic spiciness, and some nice fruitiness. Finishes with bread and a light bitterish touch. Medium-bodied, well-carbonated. Hop: Chinook, Cascade, Amarillo Malt: Larger, Wheat
