This Japanese Classic Ale is a recreation of the first Japanese beer made in the Edo period. Very Orangey Amber in color and Hazy. Very Fruity; very orange citrus, tangerines, grapefruit, tropical fruits. Spicy; from the Cedar casks and the hops. hoppy; spicy peppery hops. malty; some toffee. Sweet bitter fruity and spicy throughout. Hop: Chinook, Pearl, Kent Golding Malt: Pale, Munich, Crystal
