Beer description
A velvety and expressive, dark buck, chestnut colors with fiery reds. Brilliant appearance with a stable, fine-pored foam. Complex aromas with intense roasted notes, reminiscent of oak barrels, slightly caramel-like, roasted almonds, vanilla and dark chocolate. Pronounced fruit notes of wild berries, prunes and rumrosines. Pleasantly moussierend on the tongue. Powerful, liqueur-like body with a light, honey-like sweetness. Symbiosis of hops harmoniously embedded in the malt body. Well-balanced finish of sweetness and bitterness.
