Kitzmann-Bräu - Bergkirchweihbier

Brewed seasonally every year for the Erlangen Bergkirchweih, it convinces with pale Pilsen brewing malt and the caramel malts 'Rosewood' and 'Oak', soft water from the Fichtelgebirge and the hop offerings 'Taurus', 'Perle' and 'Tradition'. Together, the intense malt flavors create a pleasantly strong and hearty taste. A golden beer with a small head of foam pours into the glass. Smell very malty, spicy, slightly fruity. Röstmalziger Antrunk, sour body, in the finish a fine hop bitter and dried fruit notes.
