aking our inspiration from a Rickey — a lime-based cocktail — we’ve blended lime and basil with a kettle-soured beer to produce LITTLE RICKEY (no reference to our head brewer intended). Little Rickey is the first of our Behemoth 'what if' experimental series to graduate to the big leagues.
