In the dark season, we like to have different flavours and smells than in the lighter season. In Polarnatt, we focus on dark, roasted malt flavours combined with a light smoky note. The smoke flavour comes from malt that has been dried over cherry wood. This beer is intended both as a cosy beer on dark evenings, or as an accompaniment to traditional smoked Christmas food, such as mince pies and sausages.
