Cajaneiro is a light session of IPA that offers a pleasant smooth bitterness, and unmistakably American hops on the nose. By adding juicy and luscious fruit to Caja, which gives a unique citrusy sweet and sour taste, we brought out the aroma and flavor characteristics of the beer while increasing its refreshing crispness.
