Varvar Brew - King Cake

King Cake is a traditional pastry, a cake for the ancient, almost forgotten holiday of Epiphany. It used to include all the celebrations associated with Christmas and related events. It is cooked everywhere, but in different ways, depending on the country, region, traditions and religion. We wanted the taste of our King Cake Porter to bring everyone back to their Ukrainian childhood, to sweet Christmas poppy seed rolls with vanilla, cinnamon and grandma's care.
