Wieninger - Kerndl-Kini

In Bavaria, "Kini" means king, and the one and only Kini is Ludwig II. "Kerndl-Kini" is a murti-grain beer brewed with spelt, rye, oat and barley malt as well as the ancient grain variety Laufener Landweizen. It is a so-called multi-grain beer. In other words: brewed from the malt of various cereals. Hence the "Kerndl" in the name. The master brewer has gone all out and selected spelt, Tauern rye, oat and barley malt as well as Laufen farmhouse wheat. He added aromatic hops and fermented the whole thing with top-fermenting yeast.
