Dr. Loosen - Kellerbier

It all began at a wine Christmas party at Dr. Loosen's house... Berni Schug, cellar master since 1987, mentioned to Ernst Loosen late at night that he would like to brew beer. Erni didn't hesitate for long and gave him a beer brewing starter kit that same year. And so our LoosenBräu got off to a small start. Since then, we have enjoyed serving the cellar beer as a bedtime snack after long wine tastings. Our guests and customers were delighted and asked for more, so we are now officially launching LoosenBräu on the market. LoosenBräu is brewed without artificial additives and in accordance with the German Purity Law. It is bottom-fermented with a second fermentation in the bottle. As is usual in the "Kellerbier" category, LoosenBräu is not filtered and is therefore naturally cloudy with some sediment in the bottle. With its fresh and light taste, this beer is perfect for refreshing the palate after a long wine tasting session. Ingredients: Water, barley malt, hops, yeast
