A classic Belgian Tripel, aged in Gin barrels for 8 months followed by 1 month conditioning on Glenmore Farm blueberries. Traditional Belgian yeast flavours of clove and spice delicately intertwine with juniper berry, pine, vanilla, blueberry jam and fresh spring forest notes. Elegant, nuanced, light bodied and crisp with a strong tamed alcohol warmth;
