Every beer lover knows that Wheat stands for wheat. So Wheat Dreams is a weizenbier, a beer brewed with a significant proportion of wheat in addition to barley malt. The beer is light in colour and has a cloudy appearance due to the presence of yeast and wheat proteins. Wheat Dreams has a refreshing and light character with a full, creamy head. The spicy character of the Weizen (banana & clove) combines beautifully with fresh tropical character of the hops used, Mosaic and Citra.
