Gently sweet, moderately bitter, quite fruity-resiny and a bit spicy taste of mango, orange peel, sherry, wood, pine, some caramel and a touch of lovage, followed by a medium long, gently bitter, moderately woody-dry and slightly resiny finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation.
