Kees - Barrel Project 2024 It's A Sin

Together with Pomona Island Brew we made this beautiful quadrupel a year and a half ago. We put this beer in Buffalo Trace barrels for 16 months. The special thing about this beer is that it has a very nice light and fresh sourness. What you can expect from this Barrel Project are sweet flavors of the quadrupel in combination with the bourbon and a slightly vinous aftertaste.
