Kärrners - Jubiläums-Bier

The anniversary beer from our Kärrners brewery is a strong beer with a slightly higher original gravity - and a higher alcohol content than a "normal" pale ale or pilsner. Due to the higher original gravity, the beer has a strong body, filled out by a pleasantly full-bodied malt aroma. In addition to pale Pilsner malt, dark caramel malt was used to give the beer its light caramel and cocoa notes. Elegantly rounded off with a balanced amount of the finest, world-famous Tettnang aroma hops, the result is an extremely harmonious drink. The outstanding feature of this beer is its fine, grassy-fruity hop aroma, rounded off by a slightly floral nuance. A late addition of hops at the end of wort boiling preserves these special hop aromas for the beer without giving it too bitter a note.
