Strong, spicy Karmeliten Doppelbock meets fiery Jamaica Rum aroma. The malt and chocolate notes of the traditional strong beer specialty combine with Caribbean aromas from the wooden staves of the rum barrels. Thus, during the aging process, unique notes of pickled plums, rum pot and ice confection chocolate emerge. It is delicious with pasta dishes, refined with Parmesan cheese, and hearty bacon dumplings.
