Beer description

Karlovačko Dark is a beer with a full-bodied and elegant flavour rounded out by a lush foam. It is made with no less than three types of malt: light, roasted caramel and dark roasted barley malt. Karlovačko Dark is served in a special stem glass. It should be poured at a 135-degree angle from a height of 7 to 10 cm and preferably served at a temperature of 8°C.

Im Antrunk stark röstmalzaromatisch mit Kaffeenote, danach wirds aber recht flach, noch minimal bitter im Nachgang.

Stabiler feinporiger Schaum auf dunklem Bier sieht schonmal gut aus. Auch der Geruch beim öffnen ist angenehm und vielversprechend. Der Geschmack ist gut aber nicht wie erhofft.
