Beer description

It was Karl Gottfried who laid the foundation stone for today's Schönbuch Braumanufaktur in 1823. In his honour, we have brewed a palatable pale ale with hops and malt from the Böblingen district. Aromatically hopped and bottled unfiltered, as was the case at the time. To our Karl Gottfried Dinkelaker! Cheers!
