Beer description
Riomaggiore is a 5.2% Pilsner in Italian style, brewed with a simple malt blend consisting of Eraclea malt, a terroir malt from the Italian Adriatic coast, and hopped in the kettle with Hersbrucker from Seitz Farms in Germany. It was then cold fermented and aged for eight weeks before being gently dry-hopped with Hersbrucker and Hallertauer Mittlefruh hops. Riomaggiore is an extremely drinkable, crisp light lager with subtle notes of honey, lemon, and pure floral noble hop character, inspired by a summer on the Italian coast.
