Mexican Dessert is a 9.2% strong and decadent Imperial Milk Porter, brewed with a lot of Vermont Maple Syrup and conditioned with graham crackers, coconut, maple syrup, cinnamon, cocoa nibs, ancho chilis, and Rook coffee. It is brewed with a blend of German and British malts to create a complex base for this delicious dessert beer. Mexican Dessert pours black with a mocha foam and flavors of s'mores, bakers chocolate, maple syrup, and Mexican chocolate milk along with a creamy top note of roasted coconut.
