Beer description
Ležák 12° was brewed using a three-step mashing process and exclusively Czech, Moravian floor malted barley. It was hopped exclusively with Saaz hops and cold fermented with our proprietary lager yeast. After fermentation, it was cold stored in our 500 liter neutral oak barrels for over a month to ensure flavor development and clarity. Ležák 12° has a deep gold color and exhibits a sweet, roasted malt profile perfectly balanced by the citrus and floral spiciness of Saaz hops.
