Beer description
The Nocksteiner Triple is golden yellow and slightly cloudy, with little predominantly fine foam on top. The smell is spicy, fruity notes of orange and pomander (bitter orange), subtle spices and everything embedded in a soft body. After this fruity passage (cold hopping), a strong hop bitterness comes into play. This is very harsh for a triple, but makes it very tasty, because it provides a balance to the strong fruiting body. In addition to the hop bitterness but also the fruit flavors are present in the aftertaste.
