Kaltenberg Hell - a delightful Royal Lager. Kaltenberg Royal Lager is brewed according to the Bavarian purity law and the family recipes of His Royal Highness Prince Luitpold of Bavaria. Brewed with selected malt varieties, chosen and approved by the Royal Bavarian Brewmaster, it has a smooth mature taste and an agreeable bitterness which comes from Hallertau Hops. Due to the long and precise maturation process, it is crystal clear with a stable creamy foam and a dry and slender palate. The initial aroma is fresh and sweet with notes of grain and hay, followed by melon and summer honey with hops in the background. Its taste is elegant, fresh and pure, rounded and well-balanced with a pleasant sweetness and a touch of bitterness. This beer is sparkling and the aftertaste disappears quickly without any lingering after-bitterness. A very drinkable beer.
