This special beer was brewed by hand in small quantities for the Advent and Christmas season 2020 in the brewery of the historic Kalkar town windmill according to the German Purity Law. This beer edition is given a special touch by the organic hops from the Kalkar mill's own cultivation, which are used for the first time.
