Kaiser Geislingen - Ohe! Alkoholfreies Weizen

OHE! is the newly designed alcohol-free wheat beer from Kaiser. Regional wheat and barley malts are mashed in the classic way for OHE!. The energy required for the production of OHE! is sourced 100% from renewable sources. A special brewing process is used, in which a special yeast is used. This yeast does not produce any alcohol during fermentation, which would otherwise have to be removed from the beer afterwards with high water and energy consumption. Thus, important vitamins and trace elements remain in OHE!, which is unfiltered.
