Another Tribute Ale brewed with juicy passion. Hazy IPA style that we brewed with a new yeast strain WLP077-O Organic Tropicale from White Labs which releases thiols, which in turn boost the aromatic components of the hops, taking them to the next level. Passion fruit, guava and Paraguayan; thanks also to the additions in cooking and double dry hoppin’ of Mosaic, Citra and Cashmere hops from Yakima Chief EU.
