The second collaboration with their good friends from Rock City. This time, the brewery has decided to brew a "No Coast" IPA. Grain bill and yeast of a Hazy IPA, but dry-hopped like a West Coast IPA. As a special touch, they have used the new CRYO-301 Frozen CRYO Fresh Hops from Yakima Chief Hops. This hop is picked directly in the field and frozen using the CRYO method, resulting in a pure pellet that preserves all the quality of the fresh hops.
