Beer description

Kaapse Jiro is a sour white season. Partly kettle sour to create a balanced acidity. Brewed with barley, wheat and oats. Pearl hopped for a gentle bitterness. Dry hopped with Mandarina Bavaria for a subtle citrus aroma.
