Beer description
Collaboration with Brussels Beer Project (already for the 4th time) because we felt the need to see our old friends again. Since this Belgian brewery is known for their non-Belgian beer styles, we suggested brewing a New Wave Tripel. The beer is a regular triple, but we took a slightly unconventional approach to the spices, using Douglas fir, lemongrass and Telliccherry black pepper. The name is a famous comic personality from Brussels known as Guust Flater in the Netherlands.
