Midnight Project - Just: Milk Stout

The basis of everything and anything. The foundation on which modern brewing rests. The base, as they say nowadays. These are all different definitions of the same beer that started the craft revolution. We're continuing a lineup where we want to highlight certain styles in their original form. The milk stout is very dark, with a distinct natural sweetness brought on by the lactose. The style has hints of roasted grain and chocolate and a moderate hop bitterness.
